Raving Fan of the Month: Meet the Flowers

Every month we feature some of our homeowners as the monthly Raving Fan, so we can share their story with you. We know that the best way to hear about the homebuilding process is through the wonderful people who have gone through it on the path to their dream Wayne home.

This month the featured Raving Fans are Jocelyn and Chad Flowers. The Flowers family lives in Cumberland, Ohio and built their home with the Belmont office in 2016. They worked with New Home Consultant Anne Fowkes and Field Manager Tim Payton. Let’s hear more about this family and their beautiful home.

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We really like the plans they offered, as well as the price! We also like that we could alter our floor plan to best meet our wants.

Which Wayne Homes floor plan did you choose?

We chose the Winchester with the Craftsman elevation.

What’s your favorite custom feature?

We love the open floor plan and the features like the study and first-floor master bedroom!

How do you and your family spend time in and around your home?

We gather in our open kitchen a lot and enjoy entertaining with the open floor plan.

What was the best part of your Wayne homebuilding experience?

We really enjoyed the entire process and felt like we were very important to the Wayne team throughout.

What would you tell your friends about Wayne Homes?

We absolutely love our Wayne home and are certain they are the very BEST and offer the best quality products.

How many kids in your family and what are their ages?

We have a son that is 15 and two daughters that are 13 and 9.

Do you have pets, and if so, what are their names?

Of course…we live on a farm!

Maggie (dog), Dexter (cat), Whaley (dog), Duke (dog), and many other farm animals including cats, horses, a donkey and a goat!

Do you or anyone in your family have any special talents or hobbies?

We are a sports-loving family and are on the go at all times!
