Featured Instagram Testimonial: The Correals' Farmhouse
A beautiful farmhouse built by Wayne Homes is all that Jeffrey and Jennifer Correal wanted for their family.
They got exactly that and documented the build on Instagram @ourbrentwoodfarmhouse, so we could follow them along the way. The Correal Family built a beautiful Brentwood Farmhouse and worked with New Home Consultant Taylor Stoner and Field Manager Mike Monahan at our Pittsburgh location.
Dig Day: Always exciting, this was the first step in making their new Wayne home a reality.
The Correals had a few snags in the build–Covid delayed their build at the beginning due to the shutdown in Pennsylvania, but once we were able to get back to business, we picked up right where we left off.

After their home was complete, Jennifer said, “The move went pretty great! We are absolutely loving it here! The kids are so happy and it’s really starting to feel like home to all of us.”

First Christmas: The Correals spent their first Christmas in their Wayne home, and holiday cheer was around every corner.
Reflecting back on the past year, Jennifer said, “What a crazy year it’s been for so many reasons. Building, in general, can be stressful, but building while selling your old house during a pandemic… not for the faint of heart my friends! We’ve been in our home for 4 months now, but in a way, it feels like this has always been home. SO many amazing memories already!”
