Wayne Walk-Thru: Vicksburg Tradition
At Wayne Homes, we pride ourselves on offering a seamless design and build process that makes building a new home as exciting as it should be. Of course, you can read homeowner testimonials about their build experiences with Wayne, but sometimes it’s just better to see it for yourself. That’s why we created the Wayne Walk-Thru video series. This month, we are featuring Kelly and Tony, who built a Vicksburg Tradition with us. You can feel the excitement as Kelly walks us through three stages of her build process: 1) Framing, 2) “Open House” stage, and 3) Move-in ready.
Just after framing, you can see the layout of the home’s floor plan and things are starting to feel “real”. Here, Kelly shows you how she customized her Vicksburg floor plan to include a formal dining room at the front of the home to accommodate large dinner parties and create an entertaining flow to the home that works best for her family.
The second video shows their Vicksburg with insulation, walls up, paint and trim complete, cabinets installed, but flooring is not yet in. This is the stage at which we have Open Houses. You can get a real feel for the finished product, but it isn’t totally done yet. Kelly shares which features were included as Wayne standards, and what they chose to customize.
Final walk through! The last video shows the home in its complete, move-in ready state. You can see the home has come to life. From paint colors to fixtures and flooring, every piece of the home comes together to create the vision Kelly and Tony had worked on with their Wayne Homes team at the beginning of the building process.
