Meet Megan — relationship-driven, creative, and passionate about helping customers feel confident every step of the way.
Megan is focused on building meaningful connections with the families she works with, guiding each customer through the homebuilding process with care and intention. She’s driven by creating a positive, memorable experience from start to finish — helping people feel supported as they bring their vision to life.
Her path into homebuilding started in the plant and flower industry, where she discovered a love for helping people choose something just right for their space or occasion. From there, she continued into interior design and furniture sales, building on that creative foundation and gaining experience that now helps her guide customers through both the design and decision-making process.
Megan is the youngest of six siblings and shares a close bond with her family — something that has shaped her into a natural team player. At home, her beloved rescue dog is never far from her side.
In her free time, Megan enjoys working in the garden, taking her dog on new adventures, going to concerts, and traveling with friends and family whenever she can. Growing up in Shelby, Ohio, she developed a deep appreciation for small-town living and the connections that come with it.
Megan enjoys football for the way it brings people together — and when she’s ready for a snack, Toft’s brown butter truffle ice cream can’t be beat. Curious, creative, and practical, Megan brings a thoughtful, down-to-earth approach to every customer she works with.

After nearly 20 years in retail, she knew customer service like the back of her hand—but craved something with real heart. Enter: homebuilding. Now she’s all about diving deep into each customer’s story—what they want, what they need, and why it all matters—to help build more than just a house. She’s here to make it personal, purposeful, and fun.
She’s been married to her high school sweetheart for almost a year (they reconnected after a decade—hello, rom-com vibes!) and is the proud mom of an almost-14-year-old son. Life at home? Let’s call it a joyful zoo: two golden retrievers (Jagger & Bohdi), two cats (Onyx & Yoshi), and a squad of 21 chickens + one rooster.
Raised in Wooster, OH, she’s big on camping, self-care, farm life, and chasing the little joys—with a mint chip or coffee ice cream in hand. Organized, empathetic, and always all-in.
