Anne and her husband Mike began working with Wayne Homes as customers when they built their own custom home. Anne loved the company so much that she decided to become a part of our family – and has been with us for over 10 years!
“Wayne Homes has made me proud to be a customer and now an employee!” she said. “I loved the relationships we created with everyone we met while building our home, and I always look forward to building relationships with my own customers now!”
While her husband, two boys, and dog, Rubble, keep her busy with soccer, football and basketball, Anne enjoys traveling – especially to Disney!

For Jeannette, nothing beats meeting new families and hearing the stories that brought them to the idea of building a custom home. She’s been with Wayne Homes for 11 years—thanks to her husband spotting an Indeed ad—and she’s loved every minute of helping families create something truly their own.
Her path here is as colorful as her personality: Culinary Arts graduate, restaurant pro, restaurant supply guru, and former restaurant owner. When that chapter wrapped, she was ready for a new adventure—and found her perfect fit in homebuilding.
Jeannette has been married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years, is a proud mom of four, and is now embracing empty-nester life with Ivan, their spoiled Pomsky. When she’s not with customers, you’ll find her crafting, cooking, or volunteering. She’s a Program Ambassador for Lasagna Love, overseeing nearly a quarter of Ohio—because helping others is her thing.
Born in Wheeling, raised in Ohio, and powered by Coffee Lovers Mix from Cold Stone, Jeannette cheers for Miami (thanks to her daughters) and the Steelers. Open, compassionate, and grateful, she brings warmth, humor, and heart to every family she meets.
