When she’s off the clock, Chelsea is always chasing adventure—mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, or cheering on her two active teenage boys. Raised on sunny Oahu, she’s a pro at living life outdoors, chilling with her pets Wilson and Savannah, and hunting down the best acai bowls around. She’s also a regular at Penguins games (hockey fans, let’s go!) and loves the energy level inside the downtown PPG Arena.
Known for her laid-back style, killer work ethic, and flair for awesome details, Chelsea turns every home-buying journey into a fun, stress-free experience.

For Brooklyn, to think of home is to think of family. Having grown up with 5 siblings, she remembers the buzz of activity in their household and all of the fun they had together. And with a large extended family (her great grandmother had 8 children!), you can be sure there’s never a dull moment during family get-togethers. But most of all, there’s always an abundance of love and support.
Those experiences – along with her background in sales – have helped her to develop both patience and motivation. And we know how helpful those qualities are as she helps our homeowners build their forever homes – filled with fun, laughter, and love – for their own families.

As they say, you can take the girl out of California, but you can’t take California out of the girl. Growing up in Southern California, Kris practically lived on the beach. And to this day she and her daughter love traveling to sunny seaside destinations. In fact, they’ve been dreaming about an excursion to the Greek island of Crete.
But the other great love of Kris’s life has been homebuilding, an industry she has worked in since graduating from college. Between her homebuilding career and her penchant for travel (her dog Alfred has been to almost every state in the country), she eventually found her way to Wayne Homes.
After working with us as a New Home Consultant, she left to pursue a position in sales management. But in the end, what Kris describes as “the warm, positive atmosphere of Wayne Homes” drew her back. We guess that means you can take the woman out of Wayne Homes, but … well, you know.
