Meet Brittni — passionate, innovative, and committed to making the homebuilding experience rewarding for every family she works with.
With a strong background in design, sales, and customer relationships, she brings a wealth of experience to her role as Sales Manager. Having previously served as a Design Consultant with Wayne Homes, Brittni has a firsthand understanding of the homebuilding process and the many ways customers can personalize their homes. She enjoys helping families explore the possibilities while also supporting her team, encouraging their growth, and celebrating their successes.
Before joining Wayne Homes, Brittni began her career in tile and masonry sales and later transitioned into marketing and sales at a high-end design firm. Throughout her career, she’s combined her passion for design with a love for working with people and helping them bring their ideas to life.
Born and raised in the Pittsburgh area, Brittni shares a busy life with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she’s an indoor spin instructor who loves staying active. When she’s not at the gym, she enjoys playing with her daughters, teaching them new things, and making time for adventure and travel.
A Steelers fan and Rocky Road ice cream lover, Brittni brings optimism and enthusiasm to everything she does — whether she’s guiding customers through their homebuilding journey or helping her team reach their goals.

Meet Chelsea Ruiz—your go-to for next-level new home vibes! As a design fanatic, Chelsea takes custom to a whole new level, helping clients ditch the resale drama and upgrade to gorgeous, personalized spaces that feel #SoYou.
When she’s off the clock, Chelsea is always chasing adventure—mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, or cheering on her two active teenage boys. Raised on sunny Oahu, she’s a pro at living life outdoors, chilling with her pets Wilson and Savannah, and hunting down the best acai bowls around. She’s also a regular at Penguins games (hockey fans, let’s go!) and loves the energy level inside the downtown PPG Arena.
Known for her laid-back style, killer work ethic, and flair for awesome details, Chelsea turns every home-buying journey into a fun, stress-free experience.
Kris New Home Consultant
Kris
As they say, you can take the girl out of California, but you can’t take California out of the girl. Growing up in Southern California, Kris practically lived on the beach. And to this day she and her daughter love traveling to sunny seaside destinations. In fact, they’ve been dreaming about an excursion to the Greek island of Crete.
But the other great love of Kris’s life has been homebuilding, an industry she has been a part of since graduating from college. Between her career in homebuilding and her passion for travel (her dog Alfred has been to almost every state in the country), her journey eventually led her to Wayne Homes.
Today, Kris combines that lifelong passion for homebuilding with what she enjoys most — helping families bring their vision to life. She believes building a home should be an exciting and rewarding experience, and she values the lasting relationships she builds with customers along the way.
