Makayla Mullins is full of energy, heart, and a true love for helping people bring their dream homes to life. She fell in love with the homebuilding process as a customer and knew she had to be part of it—turning excitement into expertise and guiding others through every step of the journey.
Before diving into homebuilding, she spent five years as a dietitian, where her passion for helping people shine truly took root. Today, she brings that same caring, driven spirit to the families she works with.
She’s married and the proud mom of three amazing kids—Graham, Ella, and Lincoln—plus a tiny, sassy Pomeranian puppy named Khloe. A Sandusky native, she’s always up for roller coasters at Cedar Point, family fun at Kalahari, and skiing when the snow hits. She’s also a banana split enthusiast and a loyal Miami Dolphins fan (yes, even in Ohio!). Passionate, fun, and all-in—Makayla is here to make your experience unforgettable.

Trey Shaffer joined Wayne Homes with a clear mission: to take on new challenges and help people with an experience that truly changes lives. After 10 years with a national furniture company—where he was involved in everything from customer service to overseeing entire regions—Trey was ready for something bigger. His passion for growth and helping others makes him a perfect fit for guiding families through the exciting homebuilding journey.
When he’s not working hard for his clients, Trey is all about adventure. In the summer, you’ll catch him hiking scenic trails, rock climbing, or cheering on his favorite hockey team, the Philadelphia Flyers. A proud Ohio native from Defiance, he enjoys life with his wife, son, and their energetic Australian Shepherd.

With a background in the beauty industry, she’s been able to put her creativity to work to help people look and feel their best. Christina also enjoys the simple things in life like taking a long car ride with no destination in mind, spending quality time with her kids, and cooking up delicious meals.
