UNIONTOWN, OH — After 27 years of dedicated service, it is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Joel Cardinal, our Vice President of Construction Services, effective March 28, 2025.
Joel has been an integral part of our team since joining Wayne Homes, leading with exceptional professionalism, vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in shaping our construction services division, overseeing the completion of numerous projects on time and to the highest standards of quality. His leadership has
been a driving force behind the success and growth of our company, and his contributions have had a lasting impact on both our team and the work we do.
Throughout his distinguished career, Joel has earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues. His ability to guide his team through challenges, while maintaining a focus on delivering superior results, has made him a trusted leader and mentor to many. His work ethic, dedication, and passion for the company have set a high bar for all of us. Joel’s influence will undoubtedly continue to shape the future of Wayne Homes, as the systems and structures he helped build will carry on for years to come.
While we will certainly miss Joel’s expertise, leadership, and friendship, we are excited for him as he embarks on this well-deserved new chapter. After nearly three decades of hard work and dedication, Joel is looking forward to spending more time with his family, pursuing personal interests, and relaxing in the sunshine. He and his wife, Tammy, are excited to embrace their “snowbird” lifestyle, with sunny Myrtle Beach waiting for them.
