Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has a released the company’s new single list of included features to simplify the building process for customers and employees.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, released their new single list of included features on Monday, October 1.
Previously, the company had two collections of floor plans, the Lifestyle Collection and Signature Collection, and each group had its own list of included features.
“Having two different lines of included features made things difficult if you wanted, say, a Signature Collection home but without some of the Signature Collection features,” Maurie Jones, senior vice president of marketing, said. “That’s why we now have just one list of included features.”
The new list is based on the former Lifestyle Collection features, with a few additions. The features of the retired Signature Collection are still available and can be added to create a customized list of features for any of the company’s floorplans.
“By going to a single list of included features we will be streamlining the employee and customer experience alike,” Jennifer Collinsworth, senior vice president of sales, said.
