Custom home builder, Wayne Homes, has announced events for the grand opening of the company’s newest model, the Kinston, at their new Hartland Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, is pleased to announce the grand opening of a new model, the Kinston, at their new Hartland, Michigan location.
The model grand opening events will begin on Friday, May 11 with the Hartland Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony from 3 to 5 p.m. The celebration will continue on Saturday, May 12 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 13 from 12 to 5 p.m. with model tours, refreshments, and prize giveaways.
The new model, located at 11600 Highland Road, Hartland, Michigan 48353, features the Kinston Homestead II floorplan, a three-bedroom two-story home, with a Design Studio in the basement highlighting the company’s newest product offerings. At 2,726 square feet, the Kinston has an open floorplan with a formal dining room, a large master suite, and a second-floor laundry room conveniently located next to the bedrooms.

The model highlights popular design trends, including contrasting Aristokraft antique painted and sarsaparilla stained cabinets, along with a tile backsplash and quartz countertops. The home will also show crown molding and laminate flooring throughout the main living area.
