The home has been redesigned and redecorated to feature current popular design trends for new custom homes.
“We introduced the Alexandria floor plan more than 8 years ago. This great design has continued to stand the test of time. It’s always exciting when we can “refresh” an existing model home with new colors and furnishings. The feedback from our customers has been very positive. It’s like they’re seeing a whole new floor plan,” says Vice President of Marketing, Maurie Jones.
The newly remodeled Alexandria features a redesigned kitchen with beautiful Aristokraft Landen maple cabinets stained in a dark, rich Umber color and a contrasting antique white island from Aristokraft’s Durham Purestyle line. The kitchen and breakfast room open into the newly added sunroom. The Alexandria refresh also includes the latest in flooring selections, such as luxury vinyl tile and the newest in wood looking laminate.
