Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, will host an under construction open house featuring a customized Fairfax with a 1,071 square feet in-law suite on Sunday, January 28.
The open house from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Dalton, Ohio will give customers the opportunity to walk through a custom Wayne home with an in-law suite under construction. Although the home is already sold, it will allow customers to see firsthand what Wayne Homes has to offer.
As the company’s largest floorplan, this Fairfax has been customized inside and out. Featured in a custom exterior, this home is highlighted by craftsman accents, including stone wainscot, board and batten siding, craftsman trim, and craftsman tapered stone porch columns.
Inside the main house, 10-foot ceilings throughout the first floor create an even greater sense of spaciousness and popular Aristokraft cabinetry is shown in the redesigned kitchen and butler’s pantry. These are just some of the customizations the homeowner has selected.
The 1,071 square feet in-law suite can be accessed from the main house or a private entrance on the side of the home. The suite includes a private living room, dining area, kitchen, master suite, loft, half bath, laundry room, and garage.
