Custom Home Builder Wayne Homes announces the newest Cape Cod floorplan, the Somerville II.

Uniontown, OH –Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot custom homes, has announced the release of their newest floorplan, the Somerville II.

The Somerville II, which will be part of the Lifestyle Collection, is a new and bigger makeover of the original Somerville floorplan and includes three bedroom, two baths, and over 1,600 square feet of living space.

The new floorplan will also be available in four different exterior styles, including the Farmhouse, Craftsman, Tradition, and Classic elevations.

“The Cape Cod has always been a very popular floorplan,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “Many of our Somerville customers have made several design and custom changes. We designed the Somerville II with that in mind. Some of our customers want an open loft on the second floor looking down into the great room. The Somerville II is designed to make that design change much easier and more cost-efficient.”

Notable features of this floorplan include a large great room at the front of the home, a first-floor master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a big kitchen island for entertaining and serving, and two large secondary bedrooms upstairs with dormer windows.
