A proud Plymouth, MI native, she carries that same dedication into her personal life—especially as a proud mom to a Marine Staff Sergeant and a Navy officer.

    When she’s not making magic happen at work, JoAnn is embracing the great outdoors—whether hiking, running, or walking her two loyal sidekicks, Maverick (a German Shepherd) and Nikki (a Black Lab). A recovering triathlete, she now channels her competitive spirit into perfecting her pickleball game. And as a die-hard Detroit Lions and Tigers fan, she cheers with full enthusiasm (apologies in advance to Guardians supporters!).

    JoAnn lives by the motto, “Nobody is going to outwork me.” With heart, humor, and hustle, she tackles every challenge, which makes her the perfect fit for Wayne Homes.

Now, as part of the Wayne Homes team, she’s excited to help others bring their dream homes to life with her experience and dedication.

    Originally from Southfield, Michigan, Mary is all about family. She has three wonderful children and four beloved grandchildren—and wouldn’t mind a few more! When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, shopping, and settling in for a good movie. With a work ethic fueled by heart, hustle, and determination, she’s ready to make the home-building journey smooth and enjoyable for every homeowner she meets.

    Dana Rider

    With a degree in interior design and a passion for helping customers, Dana’s expertise can help you build the home of your dreams. Her outgoing personality comes as naturally as her passion for the homebuilding process – which she loves so much that she built her own custom home with Wayne!

    When she’s not immersed in all things home building, she’s spending time with her husband Aaron, two daughters, and their golden lab, Charlie. And you might even catch her on an adventure hiking, camping, playing volleyball, or backpacking through the mountains of Wyoming!
