Her ideal weekend? A little adventure, a lot of laughter, and maybe some cookie dough ice cream to top it off.

    With a confident, customer-first approach and a personality that puts people at ease, Emma is here to make your homebuilding experience as enjoyable as it is memorable.

    Bethany Stillion

    Bethany is passionate about helping people bring their dream homes to life, from the very first blueprint to the final touches. With three years of experience working in her family’s excavating business, she developed a strong foundation in the home-building process and discovered a deeper love for house plans and design.

    Originally from Bellville, Ohio, she is the youngest of four and shares a special bond with her three-year-old nephew. She’s also a proud dog mom to Winnie, Ryder, and Teddy Bear. In her free time, she enjoys puzzles, diamond art, catching a movie with friends, traveling, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Her favorite ice cream? Chocolate chip cookie dough.

    She describes herself as dependable, empathetic, and thoughtful—qualities she brings to both her personal life and professional journey.
