Meet the sales team
Our dedicated team of Sales Managers and New Home Consultants are here to make your dream home a reality.
Josh Sales Manager
With a driven and genuine attitude, there is no doubt that Josh helps his customers get what they want in a new home. Now, as Sales Manager of the Ashland Model Center, Josh is dedicated to meeting customers’ needs and a company that is included on the NorthCoast 99 list of best places to work. At home, Josh and his wife have two children, Taylor and Cameron, and an English Bulldog named Biggs. In his free time, Josh loves to golf in the spring and summer, and hunt in the fall and winter. Here at Wayne Homes, he is excited to grow, learn, and successfully help homeowners build their dream home.
Stacie New Home Consultant
With an energetic attitude, Stacie is ready to help you customize your custom Wayne home. “I love working with my customers to customize their homes and now that I’ve seen a few of them finished, it’s a truly amazing thing to create someone’s dream and make it a reality,” she said. “This is a big step for someone and I’m excited to be a part of it!” At home, Stacie enjoys spending time with her fiance and their nine children. Stacie also enjoys watching Ohio State football and the Cleveland Indians. When the weather is nice, she enjoys spending her time outdoors hiking at nearby trails or canoeing with the kids and huskies, Rebble and Chaos.
Jeremy New Home Consultant
When Jeremy admitted that two of his favorite things in the world are home design and food, we knew he’d fit right in! Before Wayne Homes, he worked at Pottery Barn as their Design Studio Coordinator and at Pepperidge Farm. Jeremy doesn’t shy away from a challenge – no matter how big! He and his husband, Nick, have tackled the restoration of their century-old home and adopted an English Mastiff, Yogi (who is bigger than Jeremy!). Yogi is kept company by a Schnoodle, Princeton, and a Chihuahua mix, Sissy. Their home is often the setting for amazing meals prepared by Jeremy and entertaining family and friends. With such strong ties to his own home, it’s no wonder that Jeremy loves helping his customers picture their future dream home in their heads! “Everyone here is willing to go above and beyond to help our customers achieve their goals,” Jeremy said. “Each and every one of us really does care about helping them build what they choose.”
