Alana is a busy wife and a mother of two children, so it’s no wonder that Alana finds designing peaceful owner’s retreats especially enjoyable! Alana says she is proud to work for a company that has over 50 years of history helping customers build their dream homes. And we are proud to have Alana on our team.
Alana has been at the Belmont location since it opened in 2013. She has a passion for customer service that makes her a dynamic leader for the team. When Alana isn’t working, you can find her in her small hometown on the Ohio River shopping, spending time with her family and friends, shopping, rooting for the Buckeyes and, did we mention, shopping?

Anne and her husband Mike began working with Wayne Homes as customers when they built their own custom home. Anne loved the company so much that she decided to become a part of our family!
“Wayne Homes has made me proud to be a customer and now an employee!” she said. “I loved the relationships we created with everyone we met while building our home, and I always look forward to building relationships with my own customers now!”
While her husband, two boys, and dog, Rubble, keep her busy with soccer, Anne enjoys traveling – especially to Disney!

For Brooklyn, to think of home is to think of family. Having grown up with 5 siblings, she remembers the buzz of activity in their household and all of the fun they had together. And with a large extended family (her great grandmother had 8 children!), you can be sure there’s never a dull moment during family get-togethers. But most of all, there’s always an abundance of love and support.
Those experiences – along with her background in sales – have helped her to develop both patience and motivation. And we know how helpful those qualities are as she helps our homeowners build their forever homes – filled with fun, laughter, and love – for their own families.
