Introducing the Spacious Brentwood

Coming up with smart, new ways to arrange a floorplan is what keeps our team on their toes. It also keeps the creative juices flowing; there are pretty much an endless array of opportunities for arranging a floorplan, and it’s fun and imaginative to think about how a small tweak (or a big one!) could make a huge difference in how a family uses a home.

That said, we’ve developed a brand new floorplan that we think families in search of space will be really excited to explore! It’s called the Brentwood, and it’s more than 2,100 square feet spread over 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Let’s take a look at what makes this new floorplan special.

Space, space, and yes – more space

Space is great, but it has to be smartly arranged for it to be worthwhile. The Brentwood boasts lots of space arranged in an intelligent manner, creating airy gathering places and also luxurious privacy.

An ample master

The main floor master suite is basically a wing unto itself, and it helps frame the backyard while simultaneously creating a great spot for a patio or deck. By arranging the home this way, we were able to give the masters of the home the privacy (and quiet) they need and deserve while still keeping plenty of space upstairs for the remaining three bedrooms.

A chef’s dream

Enjoy cooking? The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and a large island that overlooks the dining room. It’s airy and open, so even when you have a few cooks in the kitchen, you’ll never feel cramped. Lots of prep space means no bumping elbows!

Entertaining, big and small

From the dining room, you can see the great room, meaning this home is absolutely perfect for any sized party. You can use the kitchen island and dining room for a more intimate affair, or expand the celebration into the great room for a grand gathering.

Flexible spaces

We’ve heard from many homebuilders that they just love having an extra room that can be adjusted to fit their needs. That’s why we included a flex space off the foyer. It’s perfect for a den or office, or even a game room or sewing nook. Whatever you decide, by having this space, you know you’ll be making a decision that suits your family’s needs.

Lots of looks to choose from

Choose the elevation that suites your style, from Classic to Family to Craftsman to our highlighted choice, the Legacy elevation, which you can see here at the top of this post.

Whatever style you choose, you can fit everything you want – and more – in this spacious new floorplan!
