Scott Warner: Serving our Portage Model Center
Scott Warner has been with Wayne Homes for well over a decade. Currently, he’s our Customer Care Technician at the Portage Model Center, but he’s worn many hats for us the last 12 years—most notably as a Field Manager, Manager for Product Development and the Estimating Department. Scott has enjoyed watching people’s dreams come to life, and says: “It’s great to see what our customers have done with our floorplans.” Scott adds: “Our homeowners are very appreciative that we do what we say we are going to do and, we stand behind our work.” When he is not assisting others with getting the most out of their custom home, Scott’s out camping in the wilderness, attending one of his daughter’s softball games, or on duty as a volunteer firefighter.
Eric Mumaw: Serving our Belmont Model Center
Eric Mumaw joined our Customer Care Team over a year ago, but has been involved with Wayne Homes for much longer. Back in 2011, we had the privilege of building Eric’s custom home, and that was enough to make him a believer. The best advice he can give new Wayne Homes homeowners is to “follow the maintenance tips that we provide.” Eric strives to do his best every day, and builds homeowner confidence by providing consistent communication and follow through. Eric loves making customers smile, and when he’s not at work, you’ll find him hanging out with his family, lounging by his backward pool, and doing yard work.
