After all, they’re building more than a house, they’re building people’s dreams, and that’s a pretty good reason to get up smiling in the morning. The folks at Sandusky are as talented and innovative as they are cheery, so not only will you receive top-notch customer service, you’ll have a beautifully built, well-constructed home. We would like to introduce you to the Sandusky Team, so you can get to know a little bit more about them.
Lisa – Sales Manager
Lisa has been at the Sandusky Model Center for over five years and continues to find her work as exciting as it is rewarding. “I love to take customer’s dreams and make them a reality,” she beams. Lisa’s enthusiasm is contagious as she and her team love to celebrate success. She genuinely cares for both coworkers and customers. She takes pride in playing an instrumental role in giving support to the team and helping customers make big, exciting decisions about their new home. Spring is an exciting time for Wayne Homes. “[We have] lots of new customers and lots of new homes being built.”
Jeremy – New Home Consultant
Jeremy enjoys being able to share in his clients’ enthusiasm when they begin their journey to design and build a custom home. Jeremy loves being part of the Wayne Homes team because, as he puts it, “I get to spend each day helping people achieve one of the biggest dreams a person can have.” On any given day, you’ll arrive at the Sandusky Model Center and find Jeremy customizing customer floorplans, walking potential homeowners through the Gettysburg model or helping individuals fill out their Personal Value List. As the temperatures start to rise this season, Jeremy expects to see a lot of friendly faces stopping by to get their dream home started.
Jennifer- New Home Consultant
If Jennifer had to pick her favorite thing about her job, she’d tell you it’s the customers, followed closely by the people she works with. As a New Home Consultant, her day-to-day operations involve helping prospective homeowners customize their floorplans, putting together quotes and even making sure there are fresh-baked cookies in the kitchen for visitors. Jennifer is one of Wayne Homes’ many talented visionaries—one of her favorite home customizations was for a set of brothers. Wayne Homes removed a wall between two walk-in closets to make a single GIANT one, making laundry easier for mom, and giving the boys their own secret hideout. She noted, “It wasn’t something that was expensive or a dramatic change to the layout, but it was a big deal in making this home ‘their own’.”
