Today, we’re introducing a new floorplan and we couldn’t be more delighted! The Kinston is our newest creation and it’s nothing short of fantastic. If you like open concept living, you’ll love the Kinston. Let’s get acquainted!
First Floor Open Views
We designed the Kinston for open living. Standing in the foyer at the main entrance, you can see a formal dining room, an office/den and a spacious great room that opens to the eat-in kitchen and breakfast room. The oversized kitchen in the Kinston is one of the largest kitchens of any of our floor plans. You’ll love prepping or entertaining at the island, while still being connected to the happenings in the great room.
An angled stairway adds style and convenience with views from the second level into the great room.
Storage Space Abounds
This open concept plan also has ample storage space. The master and two secondary bedrooms feature large walk-in closets. A private owner’s entry off of the garage also includes a large storage closet. But, that’s not all. The 2-car garage includes an additional 9 x 9 square feet of storage space that can also be used as a workshop.
Exciting Second Floor Features
One of the most exciting features of the Kinston is the unique second floor laundry room. Now, there’s no need to lug all your laundry downstairs! Also included on the second floor is the Jack and Jill bathroom that features separate vanities and a private bath area.
The extra–large master suite includes an enormous walk-in closet and a handsomely appointed bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower and two vanities.
For extra space – a fitness room, kids play room or man cave, perhaps — you can easily add a bonus room above the garage.

The Kinston is available in five elevations: Classic, Craftsman, Homestead, Legacy and Traditional.
