But just who are the people that make that happen? At Wayne Homes, we believe our greatest asset is the people you see in our Model Home Centers, on our construction sites, as well as the people behind the scenes. People like the team at our Belmont Model Home Center.
Meet the Team
Alana is the Sales Manager at the Belmont Model Home Center. She loves the Buckeyes and bulldogs. She has two English bulldogs. Alana loves spending time with her family, and being a wife, and a mother to two young children. She also loves shopping. A lot. At work, Alana is a dedicated sales manager with seven years of sales experience and we’re happy to have her lead our Belmont team.
Toni is our New Home Consultant, and she and Alana share something in common– they both have two dogs. Toni’s rescue dogs keep her busy, along with her two children and her husband. She loves being out in nature, but not to do shopping– she’d much prefer hiking trails and horses. Toni’s experience in retail and mortgage sales makes her a major asset to our sales team at the Belmont Model Home Center.
Hannah is also a New Home Consultant, and the new kid on the block. Hannah and her husband enjoy spending time on their farm in Barnesville—along with a host of cows, goats, and chickens. Hannah’s love of animals shows. She has a black Lab/ Husky pup named “Moose”! Like Alana and Toni, Hannah loves the Buckeyes and being outdoors. She brings her wealth of customer service experience to the Belmont team.

The Belmont team is feverishly working toward an exciting event happening at the end of this month–the opening of a brand new model home! We’re ecstatic about sharing this news with you because you’ll be the first ones to see this new model home, the Covington. It’s sure to be one of the best of all the Ohio new homes you will see. We’re putting the finishing touches on it now, but once it’s done, it will be worth the wait. Be sure to stop by and check it out. And, come meet Alana, Toni, and Hannah.
