Everything you want, all on one floor. Our Camden is a comfortably-sized 1,673 square foot home that features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a wide open kitchen and Great Room. And who says your first home can’t have a bit of luxury? The Camden includes a Master Suite with a huge walk-in closet that will make you want to say goodbye to cramped apartment living for good.

Simple, Smart, with Plenty of Storage
The 1,483 square feet the 3-bedroom, 2-bath Bradford is one of our smallest and most affordable custom home floor plans, but don’t be fooled: it has plenty of space where it counts. There’s a walk-in closet in every bedroom, an oversized corner coat closet (perfect for storing winter gear), a spacious laundry room, and a kitchen with lots of cabinet space and a reach-in pantry. With the Bradford, you can not only fire your landlord but clear out your storage space, too.
