Complete a Personal Value List at any one of our Model Home Centers.  With our Personal Value List, your New Home Consultant will work with you to create a list of all of the things that are most important for your new home. Make it fun! Brainstorm ideas such as including separate bedrooms for the kids, an open kitchen and great room for casual entertaining, or an extra large garage to accommodate a workshop.

2. Don’t Be Afraid to Think Big

Have you always dreamed of a big wrap around porch or a designer kitchen? Our New Home Consultants are experts at helping you prioritize your wish list and finding a way to make it happen.

We offer a complete list of included features to save you time and money during the process of building your custom home. This gives you and your family the freedom to choose where to upgrade based on your Personal Value List. Your New Home Consultant can help you through it and create an action plan that matches your priorities and your budget.

3. Select a Floor Plan

Once you’ve completed your Personal Value List, your New Home Consultant can help find you find the right floor plan. By selecting an existing floor plan as a starting point, you’ll save thousands of dollars over creating a custom home design from scratch. From there, your New Home Consultant can review all of the customization options available from any one of over 40 custom home floor plans to help you bring your dream home to life.
