That’s right—you can browse floorplans and even visualize your kitchen layout all from the comfort of your couch. Many new homebuyers like to do their homework before visiting a Model Center, and we fully support that! That’s why Wayne Homes provides the innovative online design tools you need to get inspired and be informed. These tools give new meaning to “try before you buy”.

Interactive Floorplans 

Our interactive floorplan tool is a great way to see some of the design options available in our wide range of floorplans. Remember, at Wayne Homes, we can fully customize any of our 40 floorplans, so this tool is just a jumping off point. From structural features to technical components and even furniture, this interactive tool has every detail covered. Simply click on the selection of customizations available on the right side of the screen, and watch as your new home takes shape. If you add a feature you decide against, just unclick and try another. A word of caution: This tool is highly addictive. Enjoy!

Virtual Tours 

Many of our custom floorplans also have virtual tours that make you feel as if you are walking through the home in person. From the exterior down to the finishing touches, you can get a feel for the space and layout. This cutting-edge tool allows for multiple views, and our Alexandria, Brighton, and Hartford II floorplans even have a Style Designer tool to help you redesign the property the way you want it. The vivid imagery will have you imagining all the possibilities with Wayne Homes. Just select the floorplan and hit play.

Kitchen Designer

One of the most important rooms in your home is the kitchen. It’s where family congregates, where meals are made and conversations had. And, it also happens to be one of the most fun rooms to plan! Our Kitchen Designer allows you to see what different combinations of wall paint, cabinetry, appliances, flooring and countertops will look like to ensure you get exactly the look you want. Once you’ve nailed the right combination, simply print and bring it to us when you’re ready to start the homebuilding process or show it off to your friends! This already-amazing tool will receive additional features in the near future, making the Kitchen Designer even better at helping you visualize your dream kitchen.

What’s Your Favorite?

Specializing in custom home design, we understand how it might seem overwhelming to have so many possibilities to consider when building your new home. With so many options and ideas…it can become challenging to keep track of everything. That’s why we created the “favorite” button on our floorplans. It allows you to navigate our floorplans, and then select the ones you love as a Favorite Floorplan. To enable this feature, you will need to create an account that will store all of your favorites, so you can easily go back and review them at your convenience.
