One of the most-requested features we hear about all the time is a first-floor owner’s suite.
This feature is perfect for families with older children, or any homeowner looking for the easy accessibility and privacy that a first-floor owner’s suite provides.
And the Elliot’s owner’s suite isn’t just any owner’s suite. This floor plan offers a large walk-in closet and a spacious en suite bathroom with a double vanity, 60″ shower, and a large linen closet.
There are three secondary bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a loft, providing great flexibility. The loft can be converted into a fifth bedroom, which is ideal for growing families. All secondary bedrooms include walk-in closets, which is the gold standard for bedroom storage.
A first-floor flex room is located at the front of the home. It is open to the foyer and entrance from the great room. This room can serve a multitude of purposes–from home office to playroom.
