Wayne Homes is proud to introduce the Harrison floor plan. Our newest floor plan is just the second Wayne Homes floor plan to offer the Contemporary exterior and our first ranch-style home to offer this exterior option.
The Harrison at a Glance:

The Harrison has a lot of similarities to the layout of the popular McAllister II floor plan with some key differences prompted by feedback we’ve received from our homeowners.
These changes include:
- A slightly larger kitchen with an island instead of an L-shaped peninsula
- Owner’s entry with a separate laundry room and walk-in pantry
- Owner’s suite with one large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a different layout
- Garage is tucked into the house rather than extending out from the front
One of the best features of the Harrison floor plan is the layout itself! The open flow between the great room, kitchen and dining room is amazing for entertaining or just keeping open communication between the family. The split bedroom layout with the owner’s suite on the opposite side of the house from the secondary bedrooms really provides great privacy for older children, or just for the homeowners themselves. Another standout features is the flex room, which can be used for a formal dining room, a home office, or even a fourth bedroom. The Harrison gives you options!

Many of the features of the Harrison are a direct result of feedback we’ve gotten from customers. One such change is in the owner’s bathroom. You asked for an enclosed toilet space–you got it!
A linen closet delivers great storage, which everyone lives. The spacious kitchen features a long island with a flush eat ledge, perfect for casual meals or homework time. The large great room measures approximately 16’x22′, which is big enough to accommodate the whole family, friends and more! A convenient walk-in pantry located near the owner’s entry is another key change to the Harrison that simply makes life easier. You can drop your groceries when you enter the home and not have to walk so far back and forth. We know…it’s all the little things that add up to better living, and Wayne Homes wants to give that to you.
