Similar in exterior footprint to our Somerville and Somerville II homes, the Whitmore gives the owner suite its own bathroom on the first floor and a similar but larger layout on the second floor. The owner suite has a large walk-in closet, which is great for storage.
The great room is large-sized and overlooks your back view, making it a great spot for everyone to hang out and enjoy a lake or nature view. The kitchen island is centered between the great room and the dining area, opening those sightlines and conversation. The large pantry in the kitchen also makes storage optimal in the Whitmore.
