You’re invited to join us as we tour this custom Vicksburg in our latest Wayne Homes open house.

Take the virtual tour of this beautiful home under construction. You’ll notice the custom exterior was inspired by the modern farmhouse design, including a high-contrast look of black and white. Additional elements of black were added to really make the exterior of the home pop!

This Vicksburg was customized to perfectly fit the narrow lot it is built on, as well as fit the homeowners’ specific needs.

Some of the standout features of this home include:

• Kitchen island with eat edge that flows into the great room
• Two-story great room in the heart of the home

• Mudroom/laundry room
• Walk-in closet in every bedroom
• Double vanity with two sinks in the main bathroom

As you enter the home, you’re immediately wowed by the two-story entry, which opens to a small office on the left and the great room straight ahead. The two-story great room features a coffered ceiling and a stunning floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

The open kitchen features PureStyle white kitchen cabinets and white quartz countertops. This is contrasted by a matte black faucet, hardware, and lighting fixtures throughout the space. The cabinets in this kitchen feature the included 30″ height and the crown molding that is included in this package. These cabinets are easy to maintain and wipe down…perfect for families.

The windows featured in this home are dual colored–white on the interior and black on the exterior. You can also get these windows with black on both sides. The interior 5-panel doors are an Included Feature and add lots of character. Luxury vinyl plank flooring can be seen throughout the first floor, providing both style and durability.

Some rearranging was necessary for this home to work best for the lot.

The powder room was relocated to the mudroom area, featuring resilient vinyl flooring, which is an included option. This design was also customized to move the owner suite in the rear of the home to accommodate the narrow lot conditions. A covered concrete porch was added that can be accessed from the great room as well as the owner suite. The owner suite has an additional patio sliding door to access the back porch. There is a large L-shaped walk-in closet and owner bathroom with shower with dual vanities.

As we head upstairs, most of the layout remains true to the standard Vicksburg floor plan.

Open to below, the view of the two-story great room is impressive. The secondary bedrooms all feature walk-in closets for amazing storage options.

This home features our included 12-course unfinished basement, which provides lots of options for finishing in the future for more living space, or even another bedroom.
