Raving Fan of the Month: The Kaylors

One of the things we pride ourselves on is the amazing customer relationships we form with our homeowners. It’s no exaggeration to say they truly become family after working so closely together to make our homeowners’ dream a reality. And, we’re so happy to share that the feeling is mutual. Our Raving Fans, as we call them, are a great testament to the Wayne Homes building process and customer experience.

This month Brent and Renee Kaylor are our featured Raving Fans. The Kaylors built a custom Montgomery Farmhouse in Danville, Ohio. They worked with Rachel Benedict (who is now at our Akron-Medina location) and Doug Anderson from our Ashland office.

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We liked the model and our daughter and son-in-law had just built a Wayne home in 2018.

Which Wayne Homes floor plan did you choose?

We chose the Montgomery.

What’s your favorite custom feature?

We just loved that we had the ability to customize the floor plan exactly how we wanted it.

How do you and your family spend time in and around your home?

We are still getting settled in, so right now we spend most of our time getting the flowerbeds and yard started.

What was the best part of your Wayne homebuilding experience?

The support team and Wayne representatives were very helpful, and they kept in constant communication.

What would you tell your friends about Wayne Homes?

They are flexible and can build exactly what you want!

How many kids in your family and what are their ages?

We have three daughters – Ashley is 35, Miriah is 30 and our daughter Josie, who we lost in a car accident in 2013, when she was 19.
