2025 Pets of Wayne Homes Calendar
You may have noticed a slight change to the name of our beloved calendar. For 2025, our calendar will not only feature dogs, but all pets! We’re so excited to be able to share even more of our homeowners’ adorable and beloved pets with you through this year’s calendar.
Every year, we ask our valued homeowners to send us pictures of their furry friends–and now, even non-furry friends–that complete their families. It truly is a labor of love for us to go through all of the wonderful pictures and stories that are shared with the Wayne Homes team. The hardest part is always narrowing it down to just 12 months of cuteness. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it!
Without further ado, here are the 2025 Pets of Wayne Homes!
Cover: Lottie, an Australian Shepherd
Owners Vanessa and Kevin Pratt built a Gettysburg II Family and had this to say about their cover model, “Lottie is an energetic 7-year-old who loves to go for car rides. She enjoys going for spa days and her favorite foods are ice cream and peanut butter. She gives the best snuggles and kisses and loves her family very much.”
January feature: Elvis, a Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer
Owners Brooke and Matthew Rebovich built a Somerville Classic and said this about their precious pup: “Elvis is a 2-year-old Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer, or a ‘Slovak,’ for short! Elvis is never lacking when it comes to enthusiasm. He will never turn down a game of fetch with his ball and is enjoying his new house and 60-acre back yard! As you can tell by his ‘beardcicles,’ there’s practically no weather that will keep him from being outside.”
February feature: Louie the cat
Owners Dayna and Connar McKay built a Plymouth Tradition, and they love little Louie. “Louie is 4! He is the sweetest kitty, loves to sleep with his mama, loves to hang outside in his catio, and loves treats!” What a sweetheart!
March feature: Mr. Kai, a Tuxedo cat
Owners Dale and Karen Mateer built an Alexandria Craftsman and said Mr. Kai makes them smile. “He is friendly, loveable, and a rascal!”
April feature: Clark and Gus, French Bulldogs
Owners Jennifer and Sam Ames built a Jamestown Family and their pups just love it. “Clark is 3 and Gus is 2. Their favorite feature of their Wayne home is by far the staircase. It’s perfect for running up and down playing tag or for an afternoon dog nap in the sunny spots.”
May feature: Tortilla, a Siamese cat
Owners Josh and Julia Marohl built an Essex Classic and their cat’s gotcha story started on a construction site! Josh said, “My wife found her as a stray at a construction site in Texas and brought her back home to a new spoiled life in Ohio.” And Tortilla is so glad she did!
June feature: Rip, a Bernese Mountain Dog
Owners Trisha and Ashley Duvall built a Camden II Smart Style, and Rip was there for the whole process. “Rip is a 5-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog that we drove out to South Dakota to get! Rip is our very best friend! He was there the day we started digging for the house build, he was there when we did pictures, inspections, and when we moved in! He loves sitting on the deck out back and just watching over his kingdom! He loves his new home almost as much as we do! He is the smartest, greatest dog we could have ever been blessed with!”
July feature: Duke, a Labradane
Owners Megan and Brandon Patten built a McAllister Classic, which they share with this precious pup. “Duke is 4 years old and we adopted him from Pet Promise.” We are happy you and Duke found each other!
August feature: Louie, a Mini Labradoodle
Owners Laura & Justin Weaver built a Montgomery Legacy. Their outdoorsy lifestyle matches perfectly with Louie’s adventurous side. “We chose Louie from the litter because of his sense of adventure and loving nature. He loves playing fetch, going for a walk, and any outdoor fun.”
September feature: Pippa and Hank, a Yorkie and St. Bernard
Owner Kelli Shuba built an Essex II Classic, and loves her dogs’ unique dynamic. “They are the most unlikely best friends and Pippa is the one in charge, of course.”
October feature: Frank, a Dachshund
Owners Katy and Brian Young built a Camden II Classic and he is living the life in the Young household. “Frank turned 6 this summer. We adopted him when he was around 3 months old. He’s basically our kid, so he’s super spoiled. He loves to play ball and fetch and loves kids. He’s made our family so happy.”
November feature: Wrangler, a German Shorthaired Pointer
Owners Tiffany and Jordan Reeves built a Cedar Hill Farmhouse, and Wrangler is a happy part of their family. “Wrangler is full of energy but will sit for a treat!”
December feature: Yeti, a Siberian husky
Owners Travis and Rachel Crawford built a Cambridge Tradition, and Yeti has the run of the place. “Yeti is 4 years old and she loves to run around her new Wayne home.” We love that she loves it!
Thank you to all of our homeowners for sharing their darling pets with us! We love to see how your pets make your new house a home.
