Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

Wayne Homes had the most creative floor plans and a wonderful staff who helped you bring your dream to life.

What’s your favorite feature or room?

We love our foyer columns and cathedral ceilings.

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

The staff is wonderful, and you can really design your dream with their wonderful team. Although we started with a floor plan, the team helped us make it more than we could have imagined and it still fit within our budget.

Who at Wayne Homes makes a difference?:

Erin Collins, the current Director of Sales, was instrumental in our homebuying decision.

What was the best part of building your Wayne home?

I would say…everything! From the time we met the staff, to walking through the progress as the build began and then the continuous support post-build (even after 5 years!). Everyone continues to help us with any problem that might occur (which are minimal), and provide us resources if needed.

How would you describe your style? Warm and traditional? Cool and contemporary? Funky and eclectic? Rustic Farmhouse? Craftsman Lodge? Something else?

Our style is warm traditional with a rustic farmhouse touch.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

We would have an additional garage.
