Raving Fan of the month: The Strack Family

Continuing our monthly Raving Fan series, this month we sat down with the Strack Family, Jason and Madeline, who built a beautiful custom Chelsea Classic through our Pittsburgh Wayne Homes office back in 2012.

The Stracks were kind enough to chat with us about their building experience with our team, what they like about their custom home, and more. Read on to hear more about this lovely family!

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

After speaking with a couple different builders, we felt that Wayne Homes was very accommodating to our needs and was always willing to work with us. It was a great house for a great price.

Which Wayne Homes floorplan did you choose?

We chose the Chelsea floorplan.

What’s your favorite custom feature of your Wayne Home?

We moved over the garage to add square footage to our dining space, which has really given us a lot of extra room!

How do you and your family spend time in and around your home?

The way we opened up the house allows us to really entertain. We can be in the kitchen and visit with people in the living room and dining room as well.

What was the best part of your Wayne homebuilding experience?

The people at Wayne Homes made our homebuilding experience great. Everyone from the design team to builders and our project manager was so easy to work with and made us feel at ease.

What would you tell your friends about Wayne Homes?

Wayne Homes really allows you to build the house you dream of. Even when choosing a floorplan, they allow you to make the changes to make it your own. They always accommodate your needs.

How many kids in your family and what are their ages?

One, Jason is 6 years old.

Do you have pets, and if so, what are their names?

Kylo, a black lab, who is 7.

Do you or anyone in your family have any special talents or hobbies?

Our 6-year-old Jason loves running around outside playing with the other kids in the neighborhood. He is a fantastic baseball player in his league.
