We love featuring our Raving Fans because we get to catch up with them after they’ve lived in their new home a while. Catherine and James Limbird built their Montgomery Tradition with us in 2016 and have been Raving Fans ever since. They worked with Jennifer Neese at our Sandusky Model Center, who is now the Sales Manager. Let’s hear their story.

Why did you choose Wayne Homes as your builder?

We loved how easy they were to work with. We worked with Jen from the Sandusky location. She was so good to work with that we decided to use Waynes Homes from the first meeting with her.

What’s your favorite feature or room?

Our family room–it’s everyone’s favorite!

What would you tell a friend about Wayne Homes?

I tell them that we love our Wayne home. We were in our home within 6 months after they broke ground. They did an awesome job building our home.

What was the best part of building your Wayne home?

Moving into a brand new home that we designed ourselves with the help of Jen.

How would you describe your style? Warm and traditional? Cool and contemporary? Funky and eclectic? Rustic Farmhouse? Craftsman Lodge? Something else?

Our style is warm and traditional.

What would you add to your home if money were no object?

We are satisfied with what we have chosen, so no additional changes needed!

Catherine shared with us that she and Jim are still loving their home so much. “It is so peaceful and homey. One of the best purchases we have ever done.” And they still credit Jen from Sandusky as the reason everything went so well. “I remember the first time I met with Jen. I liked her right away because she listened. She was very easy to talk to, not pushy, and she did not try and rush me. Also, I loved how knowledgeable she was about the whole process. Jen is a very big part of why our Wayne Homes experience was so good.” We’re so glad that Jen was there for you, and that you still are in love with your Wayne home!
