How Much Does Each Elevation Cost?
The question we are asked most often is what our elevation pricing is. Of course, pricing is always top of mind, and while the classic elevation pricing is available on our website, other elevation costs are available from our New Home Consultants at our model centers. The best way to get a quote is by visiting one of our locations and talking with one of our New Home Consultants.
Where Are Wayne Homes Communities Located?
Well, that’s up to you! We offer On-Your-Lot Building, so the choice is yours. We have access to land in the local area and relationships with Realtors who can help find land. If you already have your land, contact us today so we can get started. If you don’t already have a particular home site in mind, we’re here to help. Who Handles the Permits and Utilities?
Building a Wayne Home on your lot requires that you apply for permits yourself, which can vary from state to state and county to county. The landowner also has to contact the utility companies directly. However, our Production Administrators are here to walk you through the whole process to make sure you know who to call, what to do and when to do it.
