    Jack Greenwood

    Jack Greenwood is an Englishman turned Ohioan who’s bringing his charm and expertise to Wayne Homes. Born and raised in Liverpool, England, Jack moved to the U.S. as a teenager and has been chasing adventure ever since. With a background in home building, community management, and marketing, Jack is excited to help clients turn their dream homes into reality—especially when it involves stunning custom finishes like the ones that won him over at the Bowling Green office (he’s still not over the Covington model).

     

    When he’s not at work, you’ll find Jack playing piano by ear, sipping a perfectly brewed cup of English Breakfast tea (whole milk, no sugar, please), or diving into a good book. A fan of 70s and 80s progressive rock, he’s got plans to learn the harp someday—because why not? Though he’s new to Ohio, Jack is loving the snowy winters and embracing life with his trademark spontaneity, easy-going vibe, and ever-present appetite. Whether it’s helping clients or planning his next adventure, Jack is always up for making the experience memorable

    Erin Borer

    When it comes to Erin, there are two things you should know right off the bat: she LOVES interior design, and she knows Northwest Ohio like the back of her hand. As a Fremont native, she graduated from the same high school both of her parents attended. In fact, they even had some of the same teachers! After high school, she completed her degree in interior design at Bowling Green State University.

    Having previously worked in furniture sales, she is experienced in working with clients to design beautiful and functional living spaces. Now as a New Home Consultant, she’s thrilled to utilize her talents to help customers not only design individual rooms – but to customize their entire home to perfectly fit their unique needs. And as a loyal Cleveland Browns fan, we are confident she has the patience and determination needed to do just that.

  • Dana Sales Manager

    Dana Rider

    With a degree in interior design and a passion for helping customers, Dana’s expertise can help you build the home of your dreams. Her outgoing personality comes as naturally as her passion for the homebuilding process – which she loves so much that she built her own custom home with Wayne!

    When she’s not immersed in all things home building, she’s spending time with her husband Aaron, two daughters, and their golden lab, Charlie. And you might even catch her on an adventure hiking, camping, playing volleyball, or backpacking through the mountains of Wyoming!
