Meet Rachel — compassionate, creative, and dedicated to helping customers turn their vision into a home that truly fits their lives.
For Rachel, getting to know each customer is an important part of the homebuilding experience. She enjoys learning about their day-to-day lives, priorities, and what they value most so she can help guide them toward a home that feels right for them. There’s nothing more rewarding to her than seeing customers feel confident in the choices they make along the way.
Her background in interior design allows her to draw on both her creativity and natural problem-solving abilities as she helps customers explore the possibilities for their home. Before entering the homebuilding industry, Rachel worked as a private caregiver, where she developed an even deeper appreciation for listening, understanding individual needs, and approaching others with patience and care.
Rachel grew up in the country outside of Bellefontaine, Ohio, as the youngest of three siblings. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and heading out on new adventures. Her pets are a great source of joy in her life — Cloud, her grey-and-white cat, and Bean, her rescued pit bull mix.
At the heart of it all is Rachel’s desire to help families feel understood and supported throughout their homebuilding journey.

Meet AJ — driven leader, relationship-builder, and passionate about helping families bring their dream homes to life.
AJ values being part of a process that helps families navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence. He thrives on building strong relationships and guiding people through important decisions with clarity. With nearly 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, AJ developed a deep background in team leadership, customer experience, and business growth — all of which now shape how he supports both his team and the families he works with every day.
AJ is married to his wife Shelby and they have two daughters, Ella and Emma, who keep life full with sports, activities, and plenty of time spent together as a family. Their home is just as lively thanks to three rescued pets, a chinchilla, and a steady stream of neighborhood squirrels who’ve learned they can count on finding a snack nearby.
When he’s not working, AJ enjoys being outside, coaching youth sports, traveling, and making the most of family time — especially trips to Cedar Point. Born in Toledo and raised in Montana, he brings a grounded perspective and strong work ethic to everything he does.
A loyal Dallas Cowboys fan and a firm believer that cookie dough ice cream is hard to beat, AJ is relentless, positive, and focused on helping others succeed — both within his team and for every family he has the opportunity to serve.
