Join us at our Portage Model Center in Ravenna, OH for a free, family-friendly fall event filled with seasonal activities, local shopping, sweet treats, and plenty of fall fun.

- Pumpkin Painting: Pick a pumpkin and get creative! We’ll provide the pumpkins and supplies.
- Face Painting: Add a little extra fun to the day with free face painting.
- Fall Family Photos: Gather the family for a complimentary professional photo on the front porch of our Winchester II model home.
- Local Vendor Market: Shop a variety of goods from local makers and vendors, with everything from jewelry and handmade soaps to honey, sourdough, and more.
- Cider & Donuts: Enjoy complimentary fall refreshments while you’re here.
- Giveaway: Enter for a chance to win a special prize during the event.
- Tour Our Model Homes: Step inside the Winchester II and Gettysburg II model homes and explore both at your own pace.
