This under-construction open house gives you a unique opportunity to experience the Jamestown II floorplan in person. What to Expect:
- Enjoy More Open Living Space: In this home, the wall between the great room and den/flex room was removed to create one large, connected space with more room for gathering and spending time together. On the rear wall of the great room, a cozy stone fireplace adds a warm focal point, with windows on each side bringing in natural light.
- Gather Around the Kitchen Island: An island with a flush eat ledge replaces the peninsula in this kitchen, providing a central spot for everyday meals and conversations with family and friends. Sinclair Umber stained cabinetry and Ridge quartz countertops add warmth and contrast.
- Take in the 2-Story Foyer: The Jamestown II welcomes you with a 2-story foyer that gives you an open view to the second floor. In this home, stained railings and white painted spindles extend along the staircase and the overlook on the second floor above.
- Step Into the Owner’s Suite: Upstairs, the owner’s suite showcases the luxury owner’s bath option, with a garden tub below a picture window and a separate shower. The spacious layout creates a relaxing retreat with plenty of room to unwind and get ready each day.
- Explore the Home Inside and Out: There’s more to discover beyond the main living spaces, including a covered concrete porch added on the rear of the home and a walkout basement. Outside, the customized Family exterior features a welcoming front porch, while stone accents and a stained woodgrain front door with sidelites add even more character.
- Talk with the Wayne Homes Team: Our team will be available throughout the open house to answer your questions about the Jamestown II, the customizations you see throughout the home, and the process of building on your own land. It’s a great opportunity to talk through your own ideas and learn more about what to expect when building with Wayne Homes.
