Tour the Annapolis Smart Style at Our Under-Construction Open House
Join us in Weston, Ohio, on October 24 for a chance to explore this spacious 2-story floorplan in person. See how changes to the layout create additional room for everyday living. From an expanded great room and kitchen pantry to a dedicated home office and spacious second-floor media room, there’s plenty to discover throughout this home.
What You’ll See During Your Visit:
- Explore the Expanded Great Room: Added square footage gives this great room even more space to gather and unwind. A woodburning fireplace on the rear wall creates a beautiful focal point, featuring a granite surround, painted mantel, and shiplap extending to the ceiling.
- Gather Ideas from the Kitchen: Light painted cabinetry and Butterfly Beige granite countertops create a warm, welcoming look, complemented by a farmhouse sink. The expanded walk-in pantry, accessed directly from the kitchen, offers even more room for storage and organization.
- Discover the Dedicated Home Office: The included formal dining room has been enclosed to create a separate home office. It’s a great example of how an existing space can be reimagined to work best for your needs.
- Step Inside the Spacious Owner’s Suite: Located on the first floor, the owner’s suite features an expanded bedroom and dual walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom includes a relaxing garden tub below a picture window and now has an enlarged 48″ shower.
- See the Possibilities Upstairs: The second floor showcases a spacious media room created by combining the original fourth bedroom and loft. The added bonus room above the garage provides even more flexibility, while the remaining two secondary bedrooms and expanded main bathroom complete the second-floor layout.
- Talk with the Wayne Homes Team: Our team will be available throughout the event to answer your questions, explain the homebuilding process, and help you explore floorplans and customization possibilities for your own future home.
