I can’t express how wonderful our experience was building this home.  Starting with Jeannette Lengyel staying really late to help us pick out our house, to Megan Chambers helping us pick out everything and answering many questions.  And our field manager, Chris Staley, was amazing.  He was very helpful and knowledgeable and if he didn’t know, he would find out and let us know ASAP.  I can’t thank you guys enough about how much I love my home and how wonderful my experience was.

We have officially been in our home for over a month and have loved every moment!  The house is absolutely stunning inside and out, it’s like a dream living here. Our family is so grateful for our amazing building manager, Kenny Oles. Kenny has become like family to us over the past six months. He has made what can be a very stressful time run incredibly smooth. Any issues that we encountered, Kenny was quick to find a resolution and keep everything on track. He was always available when we needed him and was so knowledgeable when it came to answering our millions of questions. We always felt confident that he was working to make sure our house was perfect for us. Kenny truly made the experience outstanding and we couldn’t be happier with him.

Our field manager, Pam, has been amazing through this process. She’s always been so professional, reassuring, and readily answers our questions in a timely, thorough manner. She expressed and acted on the desire to treat and correct issues that arose with our home just like it was her own. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Taylor Stoner, whose cheerful demeanor made us feel welcomed and at ease. She was very informative, personable, knowledgeable and accompanied us through the Franklin model, providing great detail along the way. She answered all of our questions, helped us narrow selections and provided a detailed quote on a model that we feel is a perfect match for our needs and wants. Taylor has all of the characteristics of a seasoned veteran in her role, yet her enthusiasm was fresh and inviting.

We were extremely satisfied that Butch Munday was our field manager. We told him at the preconstruction meeting that we were building our new home on our family farm and there could be no mistakes. He always kept us informed of the schedule and what was coming next. We felt included in the building process every step of the way from the very beginning. At the end of the construction process, he made sure any concerns we had were corrected, every last detail was finished, and we were happy as we moved into our new home.

This is the second time we have built a home using Wayne Homes. From the beginning to the present it has been such a wonderful experience. Stacy Rossiter was our New Home Consultant and has been such a delight to work with. She has gone above and beyond to make our home something special. While she was out on maternity leave, Kayla Diezman took us on and also was so wonderful to assist us with any questions or concerns. Finally, our field manager, Zach Miller, is just the best. I can’t say enough about how Zach has made our new house into our forever home. His attention to detail was so good that he was always one step ahead of my husband, which is not an easy feat. We were so impressed with how every sub that we talked to said they love working on a “Zach” house. We truly thank everyone so much for creating such a beautiful home. We would definitely recommend Wayne Homes to anyone wanting to build.

Other builders didn’t even want to take the time to talk to me once I told them what my budget was. I met with Lauren Glinn and she was very thorough and explained everything exceptionally well. I still thought that building was out of my price range so I kind of gave up on considering building. Lauren never gave up on me. She kept in contact with me and would throw new ideas at me. Somehow Lauren was able to find a way to make building a new home possible. She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. We love our new home and it is exactly like we thought it would be and better.

Building a house is stressful enough but ours was compounded by the fact we lost our previous home in a fire.  Wayne Homes made it easier by listening to us and bringing our new home into a reality. The first time, we walked through three builders’ models.  The difference between Wayne and the others was evident.  As soon as we walked in we were greeted, listened to, and made to feel comfortable.  We decided on the Cedar Hill and Dana sat down with us and had a rough mockup of the floor plan exactly as we described what we wanted.  We loved the fact we could take a floor plan and customize it to fit what we wanted. Our new home is exactly what we pictured and we love it.  We can never thank the ladies enough at the model center, Dana, Kerri, and Heidi.

The building process with Wayne Homes was a straight-forward process with all costs, expectations, and responsibilities clearly outline. Their employees, from sales to trades, were very professional and took pride in their work. They worked as a team and their support of Wayne Homes’ mission was evident. We are very impressed with the pride they take in their product and we are so happy with our home. It’s like a dream coming home to such a beautiful place. Our neighbors, friends and even delivery services have shared their positive remarks about our house with us.

Customizing our house has made it exactly what we wanted. We did not have to sacrifice or compromise on any of our priorities. We looked to buy but never was able to find a home that met all our priorities. The overall quality of the home far exceeded my expectations. We are extremely happy with our new home and would refer Wayne Homes to anyone building a new home. Wayne Homes built us exactly what we pictured.

I cannot speak high enough about Jon. Jon made us feel like a priority. The level of attention we received was phenomenal. I am sure Jon had other homeowners during our build, but Jon made it seem like my house was the only house he was building. I knew the whole time during the build what was going on and what to expect next. We had a few hiccups during construction that were outside the control of Wayne Homes. Never once did Jon make an excuse, instead he came to me with a few different course of actions and what he thought would be the best outcome from those different options. Jon’s knowledge of the company and the pride he has for each home he builds is evident. He built the home as if he was building his own home.

First and foremost, I give Wayne Homes a 10 out of 10. I would use them again in the future. The sales office in BG was tremendously helpful in all our questions before, during and after construction. The ladies went above and beyond their job responsibilities to help us in getting our utilities in order before construction. Our field manager was very knowledgeable and understanding in whatever curve came our way. He isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. With that said, hats off to Wayne Homes and their team of associates and a big thank you for making this purchase and build a stress free experience.

I have been impressed with Wayne Homes since the very first day we started our search.  We actually met with Wayne years before we actually purchased.  Then we decided to meet with a competitor to see what else was available.  There was no question as we left that meeting with plans for a home that we weren’t happy with (not much customization was allowed) that we would be returning to Wayne. When we were ready to build, we went to Wayne and met with Melanie Ritz who was the absolute best new home sales consultant we could’ve hoped for.  No plan was exactly what we wanted but she transformed the Montgomery to accommodate all of our wishes within our budget. Tim Rush was the absolute best field manager we could’ve hoped for as well!  Our home was completed in record time and he never failed to answer any of our questions at all hours of the day, all days of the week. The entire process was so smooth!  I couldn’t have asked for anything more.  Building a home is stressful but this team made it feel not so daunting.

We lost our home to a fire, in March of 2016. I tell you this because of the compassion and care that was given to us through the whole process. It was very difficult to make even the smallest decision, but with the help of Wayne, you made our dreams come true and helped us to move forward. We are extremely happy with our new home. Friends and family are so happy for us, and love our new home. Thank you Wayne Homes.

After the whirlwind last two years of selling our old house, living in a temporary garage apartment, and moving into our new home, we can’t begin to explain how happy our family is to finally be living in our forever home! We had exceptional service throughout the entire process of choosing our floor plan and options as well as during and after the build. Sue Crow and Jeanetta Dye from the Newark office were great. They helped us figure out the best floor plan and features for our needs. They also helped us think about what hinge we might need or want in the future and find a way to make it fit into our budget. They were quick to answer any questions we had, even if it was after hours or on a weekend. We can’t say enough about how impressed and happy we are with our new home. The service and the quality are great and we feel like Sue and Jeanetta are part of the family!

We started picking out our floor plan with Anne Fowkes. She was so patient with us figuring exactly what we needed for our growing family, but also keeping in mind our budget. For our colors appointment we met with Megan Chambers. She was so helpful in picking out our colors as we talked about what we envisioned for our new home. Zach Ring was our field manager and he was awesome! He kept us informed throughout each step, what was happening next and approximately how long it would take through each process. If we ever had any questions or concerns, Zach was prompt to get back to us very quickly with an answer. We are in love with our new home. From exterior to interior, I think that we had a lot of options to choose from and seeing it all come together was a dream come true!

Words cannot explain how Wayne Homes took care of my build. I had never build a home before and Tim and Doug were outstanding. Sometimes the inspectors want to flex their muscles, but Wayne stepped up to the plate. If I decide to do it again, it will be Wayne homes. My house surpassed my expectations to a point, that I thought it was a dream. I love my home!

I cannot say enough about Wayne homes. From the moment we walked in their doors till the moment we received our keys for the new house it was nothing but a fabulous journey. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Chad was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Wayne homes over and over again.

Wayne Homes continues to prove to us we made the right decision when we choose a builder.  Three years out and we remain extremely pleased with our home.  The house was customized for our personal needs and it has severed us well.  Thank you again for all that you have done for us and continue to do now.
