The Wayne Homes Model Home Center is conveniently located near Akron and Medina, Ohio. You’ll find our Akron/Medina Model Center south of I-76 on the corner of OH State Route 21 and Eastern Road. Our New Home Consultants are available to provide model home tours, answer all of your questions, and provide you with inspiration for your new home.

As Sales Manager, Libby is all about building strong teams and helping families navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives. After nearly 10 years at Hollister—seven as a manager—she found her sweet spot at the intersection of customer experience and coaching others to be their best. Retail may be fast-paced, but for Libby, it’s all about connection, leadership, and growth.
A Massillon native, Libby comes from a close-knit crew of siblings and proudly claims “favorite aunt” status to the sweetest niece around. She shares life with her boyfriend Sam and their six-year-old black labradoodle, Willow—usually walking, playing fetch, or soaking up sunshine. Pilates 4–5 times a week (okay, pilates queen!!) and golf dates keep her moving.
Ice cream is S-tier in Libby’s world (Handel’s Monkey Business or Graham Central Station, always). She’s not much of a sports girly, but if she had to choose, Guardians in baseball season and—yes—the Browns in football season. Dedicated, passionate, and thoughtful, Libby brings heart, energy, and leadership to everything she does.
