When she’s not making home dreams happen, Brooke is living her best life with her fiancé Zak, two awesome “bonus kids” Nick and Gabe, and her squad of four playful cats—Lina, Zubi, Tango, and Winnie. She’s all about snapping photos, chatting with her houseplants, and plotting her next creative project!
Born and raised in the charming town of Barnhill, OH, Brooke’s energy and enthusiasm light up every room—just like the dream homes she’s here to help you create!
Shannon New Home Consultant
Shannon Szittai
Shannon is a home-building enthusiast who fell in love with design at 23 while building her very first home. Since then, she’s dedicated her career to helping others create their dream homes.
Family is her world—she’s a proud mom to a daughter who served eight years in the Air Force and a devoted dog mom to Zane, her spoiled 10-year-old shepherd/husky mix.
In her free time, Shannon loves spending time with family, hiking, and soaking up nature. A Barberton native, she still lives just three blocks from her mom. Fun fact: she’s a vanilla ice cream lover, a spicy food enthusiast, and a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan—GO BROWNS!
Halle New Home Consultant
Halle Patterson
After spending two years in the real estate market, Halle is excited to help families build their dream custom home! When she’s not busy turning blueprints into reality, you can find Halle spending time with her adorable Bernedoodles, Pumpkin and Peanut. Seriously, ask her about them – she might just show you more photos than you can handle!
But Halle’s talents don’t stop at home design; she’s also a DIY enthusiast with a passion for whipping up home projects faster than you can say “open floor plan.”
When the craving strikes, you’ll catch Halle indulging in a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, all while cheering on her beloved Cleveland Browns (Who says you can’t support an underdog?).

You could say Melissa is an expert when it comes to residential real estate. In fact, she thrives on the excitement in the air when homeowners receive the keys to their new home. And that excitement is a driving force for her as she guides her customers each step of the way to reach that goal.
Through her previous work as a realtor, she’s learned the ins and outs of the business. Paired with her caring personality and inquisitive nature, she has the perfect blend of expertise and personality to help her customers feel confident throughout the journey to their new home.
