    Lauren Conley

    Lauren Conley is passionate about helping people bring their dream homes to life. After building her own home with Wayne Homes alongside her fiancé, she fell in love with the process and knew she wanted to help others have that same amazing experience. With a background in auto claims, she made a career change in search of something more positive—and found it in homebuilding.

    She’s getting married this September and is a proud fur mom to Bentley, a lovable yellow lab, and two cats, Milo and Teddy. Originally from Wadsworth, Ohio, she’s lived all over the state and loves spending time outdoors working on yard projects, exploring new places, and—most importantly—bringing home gallons of Blue Bell Ice Cream whenever she can find it.

    Whether cheering on college basketball or working with families, Lauren is known for being caring, invested, and, as her coworkers like to say, a little spunky!

    Kati Hutton-Ross

    The jump from renting to owning can be scary for anyone. That’s why there is nobody better to have by your side than Kati. With years of experience in luxury apartment rentals, you won’t find anyone with a better knowledge of all things home-related.

    Don’t worry though, homes aren’t her only interest! When she isn’t at work you can probably find her entertaining or cooking for her friends and family – or maybe even sneaking in a Euchre tournament. Her three kids are never far behind and keep her days full with baseball and softball alike.

  • Erin New Home Consultant

    Erin Sovchik

    People say that design is an art, so who better to help you through designing your dream home than Erin! With a degree in Fine Arts and a passion for helping people, her life as a New Home Consultant blends both together in perfect harmony.

    While harmonious, Erin’s life is never boring. With four kids, 2 cats, and her husband (a firefighter in New Albany, OH), she is constantly on the go. When it comes to her own design style, you can often find her painting a wall on a whim, moving furniture around, or taking on a new craft to incorporate into her home.

  • Julie New Home Consultant

    Julie Hurtt

    With previous experience in mortgage loans, sales, and interior design, Julie knows exactly what it takes to build a new, custom home. Her contagious enthusiasm and positive attitude lead to enjoyable experiences at our Delaware Model Center. “I love building long-lasting relationships with my customers,” she said. “Building a home is typically the biggest thing you do in your life, and I love creating the best possible and memorable experiences I can for my homeowners. I feel honored to be a part of that!”

    At home, Julie enjoys spending time with her three children and miniature white Schnauzer, Roxie. As most moms would say, her children are her hobby!
