Meet the sales team
Our dedicated team of Sales Managers and New Home Consultants are here to make your dream home a reality.
Emily Sales Manager
Emily’s passion for Wayne Homes began in 2016 when she was an intern in our marketing department, but her pride in the company is what brought her back after graduation. “I am proud to work for a company that cares about the people we build for,” Emily said. “Our customers are people with stories and aspirations, and it so great that we are able to give them a space to tell those stories and achieve their dreams.” Prior to becoming the Delaware Sales Manager, Emily was also a Design Consultant, helping our customers customize every detail from siding to cabinet pulls. When Emily isn’t at the office, you can find her playing soccer, reading, socializing with friends, or try new restaurants and bars in the area.
Julie New Home Consultant
With experience in mortgage loans, sales, and interior design, Julie knows exactly what it takes to build a new, custom home. Her contagious enthusiasm and positive attitude will add even more enjoyable experiences at our Delaware Model Center. “I’m looking forward to building a long-lasting relationship with my customers,” she said. “Building a home is typically the biggest thing you do in your life and I’m excited to create the best possible and memorable experiences I can for my homeowners. I feel honored to be a part of that!” At home, Julie enjoys spending time with her three children, and miniature white Schnauzer, Roxie. And as most moms would say, her children are her hobby!
Amanda New Home Consultant
Amanda is a pretty crafty person, which makes her the perfect New Home Consultant to help you design a custom crafting space in your new home. Amanda’s friendly and fun personality served her well over the years as a professor, and we’re sure the trend will continue here at Wayne. Amanda’s family includes her husband, son, a Weimaraner, and a German Shorthaired Pointer. She is a big animal person and she dreams of a whole mini-farm one day. When she isn’t spending time with her husband, son, and animals, Amanda enjoys reading and watching movies. You’ll never find her without a book nearby.
Chad New Home Consultant
Chad’s passion for new homes started at a young age when he would beg his parents to go tour the new home communities near them and walk through the model homes. This led Chad to join the Wayne Homes team for a few years before moving away from Ohio. Now that he is back, Chad is excited to be a part of the Wayne Homes team again. “I am proud to work for Wayne because of their focus on people and the desire to treat people right,” he said. Chad, his wife, and their three kids are excited to get back to this area and to be around his family. They enjoy spending time together boating, fishing, kayaking, and volunteering and look forward to getting to know Columbus again.
