    Erin Sovchik

    People say that design is an art, so who better to help you through designing your dream home than Erin! With a degree in Fine Arts and a passion for helping people, her life as a New Home Consultant blends both together in perfect harmony.

    While harmonious, Erin’s life is never boring. With four kids, 2 cats, and her husband (a firefighter in New Albany, OH), she is constantly on the go. When it comes to her own design style, you can often find her painting a wall on a whim, moving furniture around, or taking on a new craft to incorporate into her home.

  • Lindsey New Home Consultant

    Lindsey Sharp

    Lindsey is an Ohioan through and through. Having grown up in central Ohio, she knows the area like the back of her hand. Her extended family lives nearby, and they enjoy getting together often – whether it’s to celebrate a holiday or birthday (with a themed party, of course) or just a casual get-together.

    Since she was a little girl, she’s been sketching layouts for her dream home. So you could say that she’s been preparing to be a New Home Consultant for her entire life. Helping homeowners establish their own roots is the most fulfilling part of her role. She recognizes that building a home is a huge step, and she feels honored to be a part of that journey.

    Julie Hurtt

    With previous experience in mortgage loans, sales, and interior design, Julie knows exactly what it takes to build a new, custom home. Her contagious enthusiasm and positive attitude lead to enjoyable experiences at our Delaware Model Center. “I love building long-lasting relationships with my customers,” she said. “Building a home is typically the biggest thing you do in your life, and I love creating the best possible and memorable experiences I can for my homeowners. I feel honored to be a part of that!”

    At home, Julie enjoys spending time with her three children and miniature white Schnauzer, Roxie. As most moms would say, her children are her hobby!
