Sarah has no shortage of energy, and we can say for certain that her energy is contagious! With a background in event planning, her attention to detail and discovering the true “why” for each customer has already carried her far in her career. Described as thoughtful and sociable, it’s no wonder Sarah can be found volunteering at Gigi’s Playhouse, a Down Syndrome Achievement Center in Canton, OH, every week. Her love of people is one of many reasons we just had to have Sarah on the team.
When not at work or volunteering you can find her indulging in any flavor of ice cream, spending time with her friends and family, or cuddling with her adorable Golden Doodle, Finnegan.

After a friend boastingly talked about working for Wayne Homes, Kayla was convinced this was where she needed to be. So she left her previous position in the insurance industry and became an integral part of our team. Kayla is committed to helping you get exactly what you want in your dream home. As she puts it, “I value giving quality customer service and empathizing to identify needs in order to better provide solutions for my customers.”
Having recently built her own dream home with Wayne, she can empathize better than anyone! In her free time, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, keeping up with her two young children, staying active, and traveling internationally. In 2016 she traveled down to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and considers it her favorite vacation so far.

Lauren describes herself as having a passion for problem-solving and an eye for design. Over the years that Lauren has worked with us at Wayne Homes, we’ve come to realize that she has a unique gift for problem solving and a wonderful, artful sense of taste and design. And she puts all that together on a daily basis, helping people build homes that are perfectly customized to fit their needs and their style.
To Lauren, working at Wayne Homes is more than a job. It’s her way of making the world a better place, one happy homeowner at a time. And when she’s not doing that, you can find her whipping up something fabulous in the kitchen, traveling to a fascinating destination, or doing something crazy on a wakeboard. She says the words that best describe her are outgoing, creative, and funny. We wholeheartedly agree.
