Custom home builder Wayne Homes has announced the construction of the company’s newest model, the Kinston, at their new Hartland Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, has announced the construction of a new model, the Kinston, at their new Hartland, Michigan location.

The new model center will feature the Kinston floorplan, a three-bedroom two-story home, with a Design Studio in the basement highlighting the company’s newest offerings. At 2,726 square feet, the Kinston has an open floorplan with a formal dining room, a large master suite, and a second-floor laundry room conveniently located next to the bedrooms.

The new model will highlight popular design trends, including contrasting Aristokraft antique painted and sarsaparilla stained cabinets, along with a tile backsplash and quartz countertops. The home will also show crown molding and laminate flooring throughout the main living area.
