Custom home builder Wayne Homes has announced the construction of the company’s newest model, the Cedar Hill Homestead, at their Delaware Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, has announced a new model, the Cedar Hill Homestead, at their Sunbury, Ohio location.
Framing has been completed and the company will host a Muddy Boots event at the model this Saturday, February 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“The Muddy Boots event is a great opportunity for customers to see what our homes look like before we add the drywall, as well as the quality of our construction before they decide to build with us,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said.
The Cedar Hill is a three-bedroom, two-story floorplan with a first-floor master suite. At just over 2,100 square feet, the Cedar Hill includes an open living space with an eat-in kitchen, a two-story great room, and a private den for a home office or quiet TV room.
“The Cedar Hill Floorplan has turned into a customer favorite, even without a model to view,” Jones said. “We’re anticipating this home becoming even more popular once our clients are able to actually walk through and imagine their family living there.”
After the Muddy Boots event, the drywall will be installed and the designing will begin. The exterior of the Cedar Hill will feature the popular Charter Oak Premium charcoal smoke siding and Board & Batten Vertical storm siding, creating a classic homestead look.
Inside, the kitchen will highlight popular design trends, including Aristokraft toasted antique painted cabinets, along with LG Quartz Viatera countertops and a horizontal tile backsplash. The home will also show luxury vinyl tile throughout the main living area and a shiplap fireplace in the great room.
“We are excited for the changes to come at our model center,” Greg Holbrook, sales manager of the Delaware Model Center, said. “Stay tuned!”
