Maybe your family is the kind that likes to hang out together. Cooking dinner, eating, reading, playing games or just watching TV … family stuff. Well the Cedar Hill plan takes a comfy great room, a spacious kitchen and a bright breakfast nook, and brings them together around an island with an eat ledge. Which means everyone can be part of the conversation. Then again, sometimes even a close family needs a little alone time. So there’s a main floor master suite right off the very same great room, as well as a staircase that leads to two upstairs bedrooms. Instant privacy to keep a happy family happy.

This Cedar Hill is the definition of custom and will be the perfect family home. This two-story, four-bedroom home shows off the Craftsman elevation with a large, two-story great room, redesigned kitchen, and custom first-floor master suite. The welcoming front porch features square spindles, adding even more craftsman charm to the exterior, and Charter Oak siding has been used. The garage is shown as a side-entry and features two separate 9’ x 8’ garage doors. Additional square footage has been added to the garage for even more storage space. Inside, the first floor features a custom floorplan, changing the location of the kitchen and master suite. The office has also been moved to the previous laundry room space. Additional square footage has been added to both sides of the home. The two-story great room shows a direct vent fireplace with two 6’ Andersen Silverline windows on either side, allowing even more natural light into the room. All of the Andersen Silverline windows have been jamb and cased. The staircase overlooking the great room shows a beautifully stained oak railing and newel post with painted spindles. The kitchen has been relocated and redesigned to model the Covington kitchen. Aristokraft Sinclair birch cafe stained wall cabinets with contrasting Benton birch antique painted island cabinets are shown, along with LG Quartz Viatera countertops. The walk-in pantry will provide plenty of storage space for groceries. The owner’s entry and laundry room have also been modeled after the Covington floorplan. The first-floor master suite has been redesigned to include his and her closets and a large master bath with two vanities. Both the master and main baths show Aristokraft Sinclair birch cafe stained cabinets with Wilsonart laminate countertops and Weller brushed nickel faucets. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom has been added for even more space for the family or a guest room. Before you leave, be sure to check out the full basement with a walkout door and plumbing lines for a future ¾ bath!
