Wayne Homes has announced the hire of Clay Humphrey as Construction Manager at the Newark Model Center and Ken Andrejasik as Construction Manager at the Pittsburgh Model Center.
Uniontown, OH – Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder, has announced the hire of Clay Humphrey as Construction Manager at the Newark Model Center in Hebron, Ohio and Ken Andrejasik as Construction Manager at the Pittsburgh Model Center in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
In their new roles as Construction Managers, Humphrey and Andrejasik will maintain relationships with homeowners and trade partners, as well as recruit, hire and train production teams at their model center. They will also lead the production teams responsible for building homes throughout the large building area, which includes the southeastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania regions.
Humphrey comes to Wayne Homes with over 20 years of experience in customer service and management in the HVAC and plumbing field. He is looking forward to advancing his career and leading the construction team at the Newark office.

Humphrey is a graduate of Licking Valley High School and currently resides in Newark, Ohio with his wife, Mala, and has three grown children.
Andrejasik also comes to Wayne with more than 20 years of experience in construction management and purchasing with national and regional builders. He is looking forward to working with his team and homeowners to make their dream home a reality.

Andrejasik is a graduate of Bishop Canevin High School in Pittsburgh, Pa and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Delaware and his Master’s in Business Administration from Rider College. He currently resides in Morgantown, WV with his wife, Beth.
